Hundred Acres Produce is the other branch of our family business. Our family has been farming cattle, sheep and crops in the Yass Valley region for more than 60 years, but our journey into a commercial orchard began in 2006. With 400 olive trees, 80 fig trees and various other individual fruit trees, we've been supplying award-winning fresh produce, and a range of oils, sauces, jams, syrups and soaps, to various restaurants across Canberra and individuals Australia-wide for the last 17 years. We are extremely passionate about what we do and can't wait to share our delicious products with you.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been cold-pressed to retain all the health benefits that would otherwise be lost during a hot-pressing process. We don't use any chemicals on the olives or the trees, the olives are hand-picked on our farm for ultimate quality control and are pressed locally to achieve maximum freshness. We do all the bottling and labelling by hand. We've twice won Champion Garden Produce - Best Fruit Entry at the Royal Canberra Show, and in 2015, our first go showing our olive oil netted a bronze medal at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. We have consistently medalled every year since, with our 2021 vintage taking out gold medals at the Royal Tasmanian Food Awards and the Australian International Olive Awards, finishing ahead of renowned industry leaders such as Cobram Estate. Our range of artisan products use only our hand-picked, award-winning and chemical-free figs and Sangiovese grapes, and are made locally by the talented people at Walsh's Country Kitchen. We are located in the Hills of Hall wine region so come for a drive and collect some of our produce that can be purchased at the front gate most weekdays and on weekends, however it is best to pre-order below to avoid disappointment. Fig And Sangiovese Paste
A delightful combination of our homegrown Sangiovese red wine grapes and our award-winning premium figs. Outstanding addition to any cheese board, this paste holds its own, and complements, even the strongest of vintage cheddars.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
'Hundred Acres Gold' Extra Virgin Oil is a consistent medal winner at fine food shows across the country and has been cold-pressed to retain all the health benefits that come with olive oil but would otherwise be lost during a hot-pressing process. The olives are hand-picked on our farm for ultimate quality control and are pressed locally to achieve maximum freshness.
We don't use any chemicals on our olives, and the oil is 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (many 'olive oils' found in supermarkets, whilst containing olive oil, are blended with cheaper-to-produce vegetable oils).
We have two strengths of oil - one with a milder taste which is perfect for cooking, whilst the other is a robust oil with the traditional peppery kick, which is not only good for cooking, but also dips and salad dressings.
The robust style won Silver at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and Bronze at the Australian Food Awards (Melbourne Royal).

Fig Balsamic Vinegar
A lusciously thick caramelised balsamic vinegar made with our premium award-winning figs. Incredible on salads, roast veggies or even as a marinade.

Mixed Olives
Mostly Manzanillo olives, with the odd Leccino for good measure. These were hand-picked and soaked in sea-salted brine with oregano and lemon. No preservatives or dyes.

Olive Oil Soap
Our award-winning olive oil has been combined with our favourite essential oils to create a luxurious but gentle washing experience.
Available in bars or liquid soap, both varieties lather well.
Bars are available in Eucalyptus, Lemon Myrtle and Lavender.
Liquid hand wash (250ml) is available in Eucalyptus and Lemon Myrtle.
